Whether you love your job or not, whether there is emotional or rational motivation, there’s a reason you get dressed in the morning. Be as candid as you feel you can be, and think beyond the obvious. Do you think you can change the world a little? Do you see this as a road towards something greater? Is it just about the money, do you love the people you work with, or simply enjoy getting something completed? Even if the motivation doesn’t occur often, what would motivate you? What would get you excited to jump out of bed?
