Sometimes, imagining the best of days can be a useful step towards to designing days which are more like that.
Imagine you could arrange your diary for next week, take a piece of paper and plot out an ideal working week, with a key activity in the morning, lunch and afternoon of each day.
For each activity, now write what you would have achieved if the activity went well.
