Answering: Three things I’ve done recently which I’m proud of are …

Share some recent achievements that you’re particularly proud of, and why you’re proud of them.

We all have things weve done in the past that we are especially proud of - no matter how large or small.

By sharing them here - itll go to show the sorts of things which youd probably be proud to put your name to again, and will give people a sense of what you think is worth shouting about.

You dont have to offer much detail - people will want to know more, but that can wait for over a cup of tea.

How to find your answer ...

  1. Think back over the past twelve months to find projects you're excited and proud of. Consider a range of reasons to be proud, from learning a new skill, overcoming a challenge, or what impact it had.

  2. If you struggle with giving yourself praise, this is a brilliant opportunity to ask your network for feedback, which projects do they feel you should be proud of, and why?

  3. Don't just go for really big things, you can include small moments of pride, or things that aren't work related too.

  4. Are there any patterns in what you feel proud about? Reflect upon why certain projects stand out to you?
