It's often easier to remember bad things over good, but actually capturing them and understanding them is another great way to uncover insights about how you work best.
Take your notepad.
Over the course of a week, write down anything which frustrates you, or prevents you from getting what you're focused on from doing
At the end of the week, against each frustration - write a solution to fix it from happening again. Try and focus on what you'd do differently next time to prevent it
Use these reflections to see if there are common patterns to things which 'get in your way'
