My best days look like this:
WFH π‘
I get up around 0700 have a cup of tea and catch up on emails, news and social media βοΈ
I do some exercise (usually a kettlebell workout at home) for about 45 mins πͺπ»
Shower and breakfast, before starting work around 10 ish π₯£
I like to do 1:1's or pair on tasks in the morning, with some time set aside for me to complete work that doesn't require deep thinking π£
Afternoons / early evening is when I am at my best, so I try to schedule group sessions, collaborative work (including international) and deep work during this period π»
However, if I am not 'in the zone' when the time comes, I move some of that work until after dinner!π½
I normally finish work (when I am at home) at about 1930 BST π‘

I catch the 0836 train if I need to be in the office by 1000 or the 0940 (off-peak) if I can leave it a bit later
I try to leave the office no later than 1825 which gets me home just before 2000 - long day β°
